Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
Usage:
It is widely applied in metallugical, casting, cement and chemical industries, suitble for carrying high temperature material, such as sintering, heat coke, cement clinker,etc.
Features:
The EPDM rubber or SBR rubber is adopted as cover rubber based on main profermance of belt damaged or transport ability lost, as well as different heat resistance grades. The high strength and penetrating polyester canvas and cotton canvas as strength layers. The heat-resistance epoxy glass-cloth can be added between cover rubber and framework to improve the service life. The endless belt can be made as per clients' requirements.
Applicable temperature:
Ordinary heat resistance belt, applicable temperaturer �125°C, the cotton canvas being used as the belt core,
Class-I high temperature resisting belt, applicable temperature �150 °C , such as high temperature cotton conveyor belt
Class-II high temperaturer resisting belt, applicable temperature �180 °C , such as EP high temperature resisting belt, wire core high temperature conveyor belt
Class- III high temperature revisting conveyor belt, applicable temperature �250 °C , such as Aramid high temperature coveyor belt, metal-web high temperaturer conveyor belt, etc.
